Name: Ottawa - Nepean (ON): Meditation/Energy Development Classes
Date: March 1, 2017
Time: 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM PST
Event Description:
The meditation/energy development classes have started on Wednesday evenings (every Wednesday except the 2nd Wednesday of the month Ottawa Dowsing meeting instead) at my home. There is still room.

      Limited seating to 8...please confirm

The method used will be the ISUL method covering many aspects of meditation, energy systems (endocrine, chakra, colour, sound)  as well as tools and techniques and its relationship to growth and awareness. This process helps bridge daily living with the benefits of meditation to help relieve stress and create more focus in your day to day activities.

As well I these classes are on-going every Thursday 10:00 am - 12:00 pm and Sunday evenings 7 pm - 9 pm.

One-on-one sessions are also available upon request.

This is a great opportunity to either refresh your skills or learn some ways of working with energy consciously on a daily basis.

Trust this is of interest to you and/or others you may know.

You can also join in along the way if you have commitments just let me know.
