    I am a certified and experienced yoga therapist and have been running my business for about 4 years, including 1 year in this new location. I help people get out of pain and improve their function and mobility. I mostly work with people who have chronic conditions, ongoing pain and tension, people who have limited mobility and anyone who wants to move better, feel better and live better. I use the tools of yoga postures, breath work, meditation, mindfulness, awareness, movement principles and various movement and energetic therapies, including Reiki, Somatics and Reflex Integration in my work. I hold private sessions where I work specifically with people 1:1. I teach 8 therapeutic yoga classes each week and hold ongoing workshops.
